Shipping Info
Please note that due to the varying nature of our products, we have different shipping calculations depending on what type of merchandise is ordered.We ship via USPS First Class Mail and FedEx. If you would like us to use your FedEx account, please make a note of it in the Special Instructions when you check out.
Name Badges
Badge orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. We have two shipping methods available. Our Standard Shipping is USPS First Class Mail and usually arrives within 5-7 business days once the order is shipped. Orders over $50 will be shipped FedEx Ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. Overnight Shipping is also available and should arrive on the next business day for orders placed before 3:00pm Central Time.
For Residential Addresses: Standard shipments over $50 and all Overnight shipments are subject to a residential fee.

Apparel
Orders for apparel are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days at most. Currently, we offer only Standard Shipping via FedEx which should arrive within 3-5 business days once the order is shipped. If you are interested in an express shipping method, please email us at sales@badgeteam.com or call (985) 649-5145.
For Residential Addresses: All apparel orders and express shipments are subject to a residential fee.
Promotional Items
Shipping costs for promotional items will vary. It depends on the vendor, the item, the quantity, and the ship to address. Feel free to send us an email or give us a call with any questions regarding these custom items.
Returns & Exchanges
Once an item is personalized, it cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Apparel orders which are cancelled before they are embroidered but after the item is en route from the factory will incur a 15% restocking fee.
However, we stand behind everything we sell so should a defect occur, please let us know so that we may send a replacement immediately. In the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, we will be happy to send the correct item at our cost (excluding price differences if applicable).
